The Role
As a Cleaner at TruHome Property Solutions, your mission will be to meticulously sanitize and cleanse both residential and commercial properties to ensure the utmost level of cleanliness and hygiene. Your attention to detail and ability to transform even the dirtiest corners into spotless showcases will be crucial in maintaining our exceptional reputation.
Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize bathrooms ensuring they are free from odors, dirt, and grime.
- Dust and wipe down furniture, fixtures, mirrors, and other surfaces to maintain a pristine appearance.
- Vacuum carpets, rugs, and mop floors to remove dirt, stains, and allergens.
- Empty and dispose of trash, ensuring waste removal and recycling procedures are followed.
- Restock supplies, such as paper towels, toilet paper, and soap, to maintain adequate inventory levels.
- Report any maintenance concerns or damages to the appropriate personnel.
- Perform thorough cleaning in kitchen areas, including appliances, countertops, and sinks.
- Use cleaning solutions and chemicals in a safe and responsible manner.
- Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing any client concerns or special requests.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations to promote a safe working environment.
- Ensure all cleaning equipment and tools are well-maintained and stored properly.
- Assist with other duties as needed, because being a Cleaner is not all about cleaning, but about being part of a team striving for excellence!
Requirements
- Prior cleaning experience is desirable, but we value passion and a can-do attitude above all.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a natural eye for cleanliness.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently while ensuring quality standards are met.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients and team members
- Valid driver's license
- A positive attitude and a sense of humor are highly desired because Cleaner life requires it!
Compensation & Hours:
- Starting pay between $17-$19/hour, based on experience.
- Typical hours are Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM, with weekends and evenings by appointment only.
