Maintenance Technician at TruHome Property Solutions, Grand Forks, ND

Position Summary

We need a Maintenance Technician who is not just an employee but an entrepreneur at heart. This role is based in Grand Forks, ND, with occasional travel within a 75-mile radius.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

- Perform routine maintenance tasks, troubleshooting, and repairs

- Must have basic maintenance knowledge

- Work independently and as part of a small team of 1-4+ people

- Must be willing to take weekly on calls

Required Qualifications

- Exceptional problem-solving skills

- Must own a set of general tools and a reliable vehicle with valid drivers license

- Availability to work 9-5, Monday-Friday, with weekends and holidays off

- Fluent in written and spoken English

- Tech-savvy is a plus

Compensation and Benefits

- Minimum pay of $20 per hour

- Mileage reimbursement for travel (paid per mile @ federal rate)
